A: No problem, the Minimum Order Quantity is 1 set.

 

Q: What do you want to know from us for the stairs?

A: For design and price, we need followings:1. floor to floor height (includes the thickness of upper floor)2. opening sizes (Diameter or Width * Length)3. the stairwall position (some photos or building floor plan drawins will be much appreciated)

 

Q: Can you arrange the shipment for me? do you have the Door to Door service?

A: Yes, we can do it, just please tell me which is the nearest sea/air port from you, or give me your detailed address.

 

Q: How to install the stairs? is that complex?

A: The stairs' installtion is very easy, just tightening some screws, we will also provide the installtion drawings.

 

Q: How about the weight capacity?

A: After the complete installtion, the the weight capacity of a whole staircase is no less than 800kgs.
